Pantaleón Villegas aka León Kilat
Pantaleón Villegas (Bacong, Negros Oriental July 27, 1873 - Carcar, Cebu. April 8, 1898) Villegas , better known as León Kilat (in Cebuano language León Kilat = "León of the Lightning"), was a revolutionary leader in Cebu during the Filipino Revolution against Spain.

VETERAN FLAG DONATED TO LEON KILAT FAMILY
Even if it is described as : " the personal flag of Kilat " this flag is a flag of the : "Veterans and sons of the Revolution", it was donated to Kilat's family some years later the tragic death of the hero.

VETERAN FLAG IN MALOLOS , BULAKAN
This flag , at present in Malolos, Bulakan is kept inside the house (called Bahay na Bato ) of the late Milagros Santiago Enriquez a well known descendant of some heroes of the revolution.
The dark stripe of the flag was originally blue.
